Position: Headhunter Consultant
职位:猎头顾问
Key Responsibilities (主要职责)
1.Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation (候选人搜寻与评估)
-Use various channels (job boards, social media, headhunting techniques) to source potential candidates.
(通过多种渠道(招聘网站、社交媒体、猎头技术)搜寻潜在候选人。)
2.Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements, conducting interviews and background checks.
(根据客户需求筛选和评估候选人,进行面试及背景调查。)
3.Analyze industry trends to identify talent gaps and opportunities.
(分析行业趋势,发现人才缺口和机会。)
4.Create detailed talent maps for specific industries or roles as per client needs.
(根据客户需求,为特定行业或职位制作详细的人才地图。)
5.Negotiation and Offer Management (谈判与录用管理)
-Facilitate communication between clients and candidates during the offer process.
(在录用过程中,协调客户与候选人之间的沟通。)
-Negotiate compensation packages to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.
(谈判薪酬方案,确保双方共赢。)
-Database Management and Reporting (数据库管理与报告)
-Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the internal database.
(在内部数据库中准确记录客户和候选人的互动情况。)
6.Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and market insights.
(定期准备招聘进展和市场见解的报告。)
Qualifications and Requirements (资格与要求)
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, Human Resources, Business, or related fields is a plus.
(本科及以上学历,人力资源、商务或相关领域优先)
2.1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is preferred.
(1-3年招聘、销售或相关领域的工作经验优先。)
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
(出色的沟通与人际交往能力。)
4.Self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
(具有较强的自我激励能力和以结果为导向的思维方式。)
5.Proficient in both written and spoken English .
(具备一定的英语书写及口语能力)
